Ticking it is your choice and nothing here depends on it. Leave it unticked and I will still read what you sent and reply about the work you asked about. It only covers marketing messages.

  • Who collects this: Kempizo, Johannesburg, South Africa. Reach us at hello@kempizostudio.com.
  • Why we collect it: to come back to you about the work you asked about, and, if you tick the box, to send you marketing about the services named above.
  • Giving these details is voluntary and no law requires it. Your name, the business name and an email address are the three boxes that have to be filled, because without them I have no way to reply; the other two are optional.
  • Who else sees it. Your details go to Keegan by email. Two companies handle them on the way: Cloudflare, which runs this website and carries the message, and Google, which runs the mailbox it lands in. Cloudflare handles them in passing; Google holds the email in the inbox the way any email is held. This website itself stores nothing, keeps no database and no copy, and your details go to nobody else. There is no tracking on this page.
  • You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it, at any time and free of charge.
  • You may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
